COVID-19 "GLOW UP" Book List

They say you are what you eat well by that same token I think you become what you believe. With that reasoning-its best to put quality pertinent info in for the 2.0 version of you that you are creating. This reading list will have you well on your way! Aim for reading one-two per month or more if you are an intense speed reader. I journaled the information along with my reading those passages that I felt were worthy of remembering, or info that maybe inspired the "a-hah" moment (one of complete understanding of a concept I maybe struggled with before or something read that answered an lingering issue). I urge you to buy a journal yourself- include in it your personal epiphanies and inspirations that you can look back on when you are feeling less than inspired.


Without further ado here is my personal COVID-19 Glow Up Book list:

  7. "Everything Is Figureoutable" by Marie Forleo

  8. "The Talent Code" by Daniel Coyle

  9. "The Happiness Project" by Gretchen Rubin

  10. "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert T. Kiyosaki

  11. "Glute Lab" by Bret Contreras

  12. "Mindset" by Carol S. Dweck Ph.D.

  13. "Girl Wash Your Face" by Rachel Hollis

Those books are in order of first- which is to be my next read through 14th which was my first read. I estimate that by the end of this year I will have read around 20 books, NOT TOO SHABBY!! I will say reading has been an integral part of my success puzzle! I can't stress its importance enough! If you have a great book not already on my list drop it in the comments below.
