It is NEVER too late to start your fitness journey!

 

I started mine when I was in my 40's. After the birth of my last daughter in 2000, my body went haywire and for 10 years I spent my time, effort and energy battling an autoimmune disease. My name is Pamela John, and I am now an IFBB Bikini Pro athlete, a personal trainer, a mother, and a life coach who's been exactly where you are.

At age 32, I was diagnosed with Graves Disease, an autoimmune disease in which the thyroid makes more thyroid hormone than the body needs. My condition gave me every excuse to settle into who I was. Even as I started working out and picking up healthy habits to regain control of my health, Graves disease made it difficult to get through workouts and see the results I wanted. After 10 long years, my body stopped responding to medications, and when I finally had my thyroid removed, I was given a second chance to treat my body the way I always should have.

 

I developed my own fitness plan and began competing in NPC Bikini Athlete competitions (and started winning!). My journey led me to coaches and nutrition experts that fine-tuned my workouts, routines, and dietary choices.

No matter where we are in life, we're always striving to be better than we are right now - healthier, slimmer, stronger, more balanced - and I know from firsthand experience that every one of us can achieve way more more than we might let ourselves believe. With everything I've learned, I want to give you the tools and training to become a better version of you.

 

Join me as we redefine health and fitness for women. My specialty is helping women restore their bodies through proper nutrition and exercise, to be in better shape than most 20-somethings!
